I think I have compared to my teens and twenties. I still have some improvements to make in terms of relating to others.

Every single year I change. It's taken a lot for me to get to where I am in life.

I've had a very difficult life and with that over had to pick up the pieces. I've never been able to be proud of myself either, but in the last years, it's become a lot easier to give myself a break and see how far I've come.

Yes that I have.

My world was very small growing up and due to circumstances it stayed small. Alcohol, drugs - sex, no care in the world, for anything or anyone, not even myself.

Took a long time to recover from that but I can honestly say that I'm proud of my progress, where I'm at in live and who I am.

I learn more about myself and the world every day and, thus, become more mentally and emotionally mature. That's the way life works... at least for most people.

At times i feel like im going backwards. Like sometimes i feel like I was climbing this mountain, reached the top around last year and then started trekking down the otherside. Maybe not fully downhill but sometimes like a rollercoaster
