I think you definitely need to tell her to please stop asking for money.
It's one thing if your mom needs help. When she did, you helped her as any son should.
But if she no longer needs the money, than it is unfair and unreasonable of her to continue asking you for money. That is straight-up taking advantage of someone. It's abusing your kindness. Its wrong.
Whether or not she'll be upset I have no idea. To be honest... I have trouble imagining the mother who would do this in the first place. It's clearly wrong. So it's clearly wrong for her to be upset about this... but she has clearly lost sight of what's right or what's wrong, when it comes to this particular situation.
This amounts to you standing-up for yourself and saying "I will no longer allow myself to be taken advantage of." Which... you should absolutely do.
