Surrogacy isn't a topic that is commonly talked about and most people can't afford the costs and expenses associated with the process. With that said, should a man be allowed this Gift?

If you want it and you can afford it, I'd say go ahead. But these days, it's really not hard to find a woman that wants children too so..5
If they do, they'd better carefully check the laws where they live. In California, for example, if the surrogate mother is also the egg donor / natural mother, she can terminate the contract at any time. The dude trying to get a child of his own could instead end up with 18 years of child support and limited visitation.0
I don't think children should be raised in single parent households.0
What Girls & Guys Said
That is the only way for a man to own his children. If he is married and has a child with his wife and she is a good wife, it doesn't matter that she, not he, owns the children. Regardless, the husband doesn't own their children; the wife does and the husbands rights are 100% conditional upon the wife sharing her rights.0

Sure. Long as you're not a creep.0
Children need a father and a mother.18
I would own a orphanage if possible.0
how do you ask single men (who can't afford it) if they would pursue it?
you can't pursue something you can't afford.
besides having to pay the surrogate a huge sum of money, there are medical check ups/ ultrasounds, injections, hospital stays / treatments- that are not covered by insurance. Not only this, since you're a single parent, you likely will also need to pay for a baby sitter to take care of the child after it is born.
meanwhile you're talking to a bunch of broke guys who could barely afford a housewife.
