start with somethings simple and go from there,, cost wise start low and go high if you can afford it.. being over weight is not the end of the world. eat less do more , get active and that part will change it just takes time.. and cost you less. go walking biking play sports etc. and eat better foods , less less junk fruits veggies etc. as for you skin look into what foods help with better skin and see if that helps ,, get some sun and dont use harsh soaps to clean with.
Start of slowly!! Don't ever let go of all the food you love at once, start with a good healthy breakfast and drink water everyday. If you go to extreme you will not want to continue it. So start of slow and do things you enjoy as a form of exercise. If you like to walk try walking 2-3 days out of the week like a 20 min walk, if you enjoy the gym then sign up and do a few mins a day without overworking yourself. If you enjoy hiking do a bit of that and slowly start moving up and trying different things. The goal is to get up and move. Your skin will clear up more easily when you get healthier as well.
