How to get kids to stay away from dog?

So my friend is having issues with a group of young kids probably 7 or so they are tormenting her dog and throwing sticks in her yard she has on multiple occasions asked them to stop and she doesn't know who there parents are any suggestions

My big brained nieces went the instagram route and let the neighbor kids get shamed across the internet for being pet abusers. By catching them in the act and convincing the stupid kids to give their real names. lets just say after all the creepy cursed shit that got sent their way the neighbors stopped harassing our pets and barely came out side.

Apparently someone on instagram figured out the neighbors address and started a massive junk mail campaign to a point the mail man would just dump the letters around their mail box. Its crazy how prolific the pet community is when they spot animal abusers XD.

uh FUCK NO. that would stop immediately. i would grab the kid (by the ear) and have them bring me to their parents and tell them exactly what is going on here. and then if nothing happens i'm calling the police and will press charges.

Tell her to ask where their parents are so she can speak directly to them and be stern about it. If they won’t tell her then follow them to see where they got creepy as it sounds.
