I just get nervous when I walk sometimes because when I feel stared I don’t know how to act because I get nervous. That wasn’t the only thing my grandfather did though he started talking in front of me about how another girl was pretty because she was skinny and didn’t eat what she wanted. My grandfather is about 71-72 he’s not that old so I’m not blaming his age for that. This is part of why I don’t feel like returning to that country again this and my uncle too and my money lol. Also my dad’s supposed to be my best friend why would he say that about me 😭 in front of people he puts up a front. He knows that I have an anxiety problem (socially).

My impression is that your boyfriend treats you better than your dad. It’s okay to turn to him for support. Try not to let the negativity you are getting from your family wear you down or hurt the way you perceive yourself. It’s difficult because they are family and important in your life, but no family is perfect. To the extent your boyfriend can be a source of stability, lean on him and find comfort in your relationship with him. You and your boyfriend are adults, not children, and need to chart your path in life together without letting negative people drag you down. If you do that perhaps the negative comments from your dad and uncle will not affect you so strongly.

I remember the school telling my dad I had "low-normal" hearing in my right ear. And my dad saying I just "hear what I want to hear".😂 Other than things like this my dad was superdad.

Dad's are not known for thier touchy-feely-ness that doesn't mean he doesn't love you.

Try to understand he's never been a 21 year old woman and doesn't necessarily get the way it hits you.

My grandfather was being serious I don’t know about my dad and when I confronted him he lied and said that he said that my hair was falling out (that’s a big lie lol)

I really don’t want to go to that country anymore. I know that he’s the only grandfather that I have but if he really cared why doesn’t he come here and visit me? And he complains about me not contacting him but he ignores my messages. I really don’t want to go to that country again lol
