Why would a guy behave strangely with a girl he doesn't even know well? Like rude to her, act mean or ignoring her existence?

He could hate her just cause he knows he cannot get with a girl like that or he has some prejudice based on her looks, like if she is well dressed he may think she is rich and arrogant etc.

Exactly and its hurting when people judge u like that mostly men judge a woman by her dressing. Whenever i wear something expensive men often perceive that she is gold digger or someone just for sexual connection.
