Im looking at some properties for homestead living, and my family has no idea of my plans. I should be done in August, but I will make preparations next month or May. I tried to wait on the right person, but I'm pushing for time as my business is on hold and holistic practices. How to let my family lnlw know- I also have housing lined up for out of state.. I know sometime next year I'll be moving again to further my herbal studies into a bigger degree and clinical hours, which they don't know about either

It's not uncommon for people to be critical of anything they don't understand. Don't take it personally when they say you should stay in the city. My mother was always critical of my choice to live on my farm. They may soften up when they see you bringing them produce. If not, live the life that works best for you.

Unfortunately my family and I will never accept each other's belief systems nor come to terms - their pro science and I'm not/ I will never date a man whose pro science or is vaccinated from 2019-2020

Don't worry about breaking it to your family, if you believe they will never accept it. Just tell them what you plan on doing and then let their response go in one ear and out the other. Herbs and holistic practices are still science, as they are practices that have proven true over time. Science existed before the word science existed. I accept what makes sense to me from all sides, without blindly following or excluding any side.

Everyone has preferences. The only way others will respect our preferences is if we respect theirs, even if we don't agree or follow their beliefs. There are too many people who declare there isn't enough proof in one area, yet they blindly believe in fairies and other invisible creatures. Show me something factual, and I'll believe it; tell me to believe something you claim to be factual, yet can't show me, and I'll let that option slide.

You have to do what is best for you. They may not understand but they will have to accept your decision. It's best to just come out and tell them.
