Family ties with unnecessary responsibilities are very suffocating for me, I am only in contact with my mother from my family and grandmothers, cousins and aunts who are constantly waiting for the phone make me very uncomfortable. Even though they don't take up a lot of space in my life, I get annoyed that they are always in anticipation.

It's understandable to feel suffocated and uncomfortable with unnecessary family responsibilities, even if it's just the anticipation of constant communication. It's important to prioritize your own well-being and set boundaries that are comfortable for you.
One way to do this is to communicate your needs and boundaries clearly to your family members. Let them know that you value your relationship with them, but that you need some space and independence to focus on your own life and responsibilities. Be specific about what you are and are not comfortable with in terms of communication and contact.
It's also important to remember that you have the right to prioritize your own needs and goals in life. While family is important, it's okay to create distance or limit contact if it's necessary for your own growth and well-being.
If you're struggling to navigate family relationships and responsibilities, it may be helpful to seek the support of a therapist or counselor. They can help you explore your feelings and develop strategies for setting boundaries and maintaining positive relationships with your family members.
