Do you have preferences amongst friends you talk to and how urgent you respond to them?

I have a couple friends that it seems like when I talk to them they don't take it as urgent as other friends they may have. If you have preferences among friends that you respond to the quickest why do you have those preferences?

I have preferences for many reasons, it is mostly a give and take. It depends how they respond when I need them. Now if I say, I am throwing a BBQ party, everyone and his uncle responds fast, I don't mean that kind of response. Also with friends with benefits's I have a big highrackie, some are just very irritating, some can't stop speaking bad about everyone, so there are many reasons for my response time.

I do not have preferences... I am just closer to some of my best friends

and then I do have slightly different types of dynamics/relationships with them

when it comes to responding... I do respond to everyone, as soon as I notice they reach, even if they are not friends, lol...

I got some friends that are in a bad place, and for them I try to reply as soon as possible always
Got some friends that tend to trail off and be really stressed on every small qruestion, so I normally take the time to reply to them, so they get used to me being slow, as I am normally as I prefer to be in the right headspace to talk

I find people respond faster when you aren’t easy to get a hold off. Like when I invite somebody once a year they always agree to hang out but if I invite somebody every day, I might get a few cancellations in a month.

I return call from friends as needed based on voice messages they leave. I return calls from work as quickly as I can since they usually involve emergencies.

I will not engage in texting with anyone as it is very annoying and a waste of time.

urgency depends on how strongly they have my back when the going gets tough

Usually the one needing the most urgent attention. Plus a loved one, she is always treated as an urgent case.
