My parents telling me I have to do my nieces make up homework so she can graduate from middle school. There is nothing wrong with my niece and she drinks a smokes and talks back. She’s a horrible kid and I’m supposed to do her work to graduate? I’m like wtf. Is this wrong?

You should not help your niece. Your niece is spoilt and failing middle school may make her work harder in school when she realises that she could be bullied for being another year behind. My sister was naughty, she went 1 year behind and it made her work harder in school when she was told that she could go another year behind. My sister is going to drop out at 17. She turned out ok. She has a job. Everyone including children needs to be taught that they will get what they deserve, the true reality. Otherwise, your niece will become reliant on others in the future also.
My parents think it’s our job to do everything for her even if she’s an ass hole.
