Mom forcing me to support junkie niece?

My niece is 14 and headed in a horrible direction and I want nothing to do with her problems because it cause me stress and anxiety. Her attitude sucks and she’s not even graduating middle school. She gets straight Fs and she’s mean and rude. She’s always getting smart with me and to be honest I want to kick her ass. She smokes and drinks and is sleeping around. My mom tells me to kiss her ass and buy her stuff and I tell her for what! My niece is a horrible person and doesn’t care about any of us. I’m done with this person. Why won’t my mom stop harassing me about this person and their problems? This person cuts her eyes at me and is staring me down and doesn’t like me. All I have done is help raise her and buy her stuff over the year and she turned out to be a complete jerk. What should I do? Also, me and my niece mom don’t have a working relationship either. Her mom is my older sister.

You check her ass, you don't follow what your mother says, you follow your heart and do what you think will help her in the long run, she asks for something you tell her to clean your car to get it, teach her ass to work for shit, you set your rules, no drugs or guys in your home, if she breaks those rules, threaten to kicking her to the curb, she clearly hasn't had very good discipline in her life and since you are in charge now, you have the rights to discipline cause she's in your home under your custody
