Years ago I was hitchhiking home from work. It was a Saturday and i only worked a half day so it was 1 o'clock. It was raining really hard out. It was one of those rainstorms where if it a a couple of degrees colder it would be snowing. Five minutes after I got to the on ramp my clothes were soaked through. cars went by me because nobody wanted to let this soaking wet kid into their nice clean car. Eventually i got picked up by a guy. i told him where I was going and he said he could take me most of the way. By the time we got to my exit the guy said he would take me the rest of the way. i was a little creeped out by this guy so I told him it was okay and I would get a ride right away. So I get out and start walking, It was about 6 or 7 more miles and nobody wanted this wet thing in their car. I was soaked and getting really cold. After about ten minutes the guy from before drives up and picks me up. He said that he figured i would have trouble getting a ride. He drove me the rest of the way. I was still a little freaked out about this guy so I had him drop me two streets over.

I work for a food courier company. So two days ago was doing my last delivery on my bike. Accidentally drop my courier bag on the ground where the case of coke cans were all over the places. So not just one but three helping strangers quickly got the coke cans out from the roads and gave to me. The coke cans were still in good shape before delivered them 😊

I was on a family vacation where the ambient temperature was probably 104 degrees F. We were walking probably 2 hours in this, when we finally gave up due to the heat to hop on a city tram tour bus. As we were waiting there, I told my dad I didn't feel right, and the next thing I knew my head was headed straight for the concrete. Luckily he caught me. Then he and a stranger lifted me up and hauled me down the street as fast as they could to the nearest hotel for me to recover. I thought that was super nice of that stranger and I wish I could have thanked him, but I was so out of it after that whole episode.

Went to this bakery while traveling through West Virginia with a friend. The old man beind the counter got teary eyed, told me I looked a lot like his wife who passed some years before, and would give me my purchase for free if I would smile. He didn't ask for my number or a picture, nothing. Just a smile. I think about that from time to time.

This night a woman who was working the graveyard shift in a gas station offered me to help me out with a ride you job and back because I forgot to put back the other truck drivers keys. The felt bad for me that I was finished working a 10h shift, drove 45 minutes home on my bicycle when I relised that I had to go back to bring the keys back which would cost me another 1,5 hours cycling in the middle of the night

When I hit a deer several years ago this guy stayed with me while I was waiting for the tow truck and the police because it was getting dark and I was not in an area that was very safe.

I was riding the subway to a hockey game & a man gave me a drawing. It wasn't anything special or anything, just some small marker work but he seemed so nice. I still carry it in my wallet 4 years later.

A guy pulled a hit and run. And a bystander jumped into his car and chased the guy who hit my car down. I was really grateful for him doing that.
