What does it say about a person who can't have hard conversations?

This person is all about a good time until they hurt someone or have to face any kind of negative accountability and will do anything to run/avoid taking responsibly for what they have said or done. These people would rather lose the people in their lives they value most then just take accountability or apologize.

But it also depends on the situation as well. Maybe they feel they didn't do any harm. Maybe they don't know how to communicate or need to separate themselves before they are able to. I don't know why people feel the need to rush conversations or force something as we are all different. This can go many different ways/explanations but I hope I gave some type of insight. Take care
