Is it ok to have friends with different values from yours?

Yes! People can be friends with others that can share the same opinions, values, and beliefs, as well as friends that share opposite. Why wouldn’t they be able to? My opinion on these pronouns, could be different from my one friend and that could be different from another friend.

I've found that to be a deal-breaker. When I'm good with their views, but they're not good with mine.

More like gonna be that way. Friends aren't gonna agree with everything and in fact your true friends will speak their mind even if it opposes your views.
