Look at what’s making you unhappy with yourself and work on changing it.
Look in the mirror and realise that this is YOU. Make the decision to love and uplift yourself even during the darkest times because nobody else will do it for you.
Finally realise that nobody’s life is perfect. We don’t know anything about each other, even if we think we do.
Distance yourself when you feel it coming on. Take some time to self reflect and remind yourself of self love
Tell yourself to stop, then tell yourself that it robs your joy. After that, find something to be grateful for in yourself and in the other person.

You should never compare yourself to anyone, period. It will only do more harm than good.
It's a mental maturity thing. Just gotta grow up essentially.
Just learn to realize its a dead end every time you attempt to compare yourself to someone. Why? Because you will never be happy.
Everyone is better than others in some other way.
Unfortunately comparison is often the best metric.
