No but I’ll probably say it to my pawpaw out of kindness because he’s the closest thing to a best friend and whom I always considered a father figure. Plus we’re the same zodiac (which I’m not big on) but I like that we understand one another and can tagteam others in arguments 🤣Yesterday I pulled out monster movies for when he came to visit because I know how much he enjoys watching those, so today I’ll probably whip out some more. 🙌 Deep down, he’d rather i take him to the casino and man I’d love to but there's been a storm dang near every day this week here.

I, personally, don’t celebrate it. Just like I don’t celebrate Mother’s Day. I might give the occasional call to wish them a Happy Mothers/Fathers day but other than that nothing.

I don't celebrate Father's Day because my father's been dead for 20 years. Also, as my wife likes to remind me, I'm not a father despite the fact that she acts like a teenager so I have to be one to keep her alive and keep her 11 animals alive.

For those who can enjoy the day with your fathers I am jealous. Mine passed way too young and too many years ago. Do not waste a Father’s Day NOT being with your dad. These days are limited. In many cases dads are the silent partner in a good family structure. He works hard to provide, he can be the one who has to discipline when he gets home. All awhile trying to make his children be the best they can be. Love him, honor him and never forget him.

Sad to say but my dad, and I were never close, wish things were different also he is in a local nursing home and age 82, but I still love my dad.
