How can I help her?

I have a neighbour that am close with, we go to evening walks and spend time sometimes.

I know she has been having some issues with mother in law and sister in law she’s living with.

Lately I’ve seen her growing very thin and frail. Also during our walking she tripped and fell hurt her nose and asked me not to tell anyone in her family about it.

Not sure how I can help her

I don’t think she’s starving, she could be losing weight naturally or due to stress. Or even maybe her weight is same but looking thin, not sure

Don’t know for sure. But have seen her SIL and her husband quarrel in high voice, never heard her voice

i hope her husband isn't abusive, there's seems to be a lot of that nowadays
