Straight out? No- I'd not let them sabotage their health as badly as most people leaping into it do. But I'd let them make a few adjustments at a time, and see if they could handle it, if they really wanted to.
And that's in a dietary sense; I'm still driving a car with rubber tires, no matter WHAT they want.
I'd let them try it for a week or so, then we'd have a discussion about it, weighing pros and cons.
No. They need all the nutrition to grow and its much harder if you are a vegan. Despite what people will say humans are supposed to eat meat. We have eaten meat since the beginning of time.
Thank you for MHO!☺️

Besides that I would know that he was just parroting what some liberal loser has told him. Maybe a moonbat he came across on the internet or some nitwit kid he met at school that has moonbats for parents.
Of course. I am not going to force-feed my kid food he/she doesn't want to eat.
no you need real protein, iron etc to grow up healthy
its way better in natural form than with pills

One day my sister was cooking some meat and it smelled really good.
My niece had a little bite and so long vegan, hello omnivore.
There are plenty of true stories about dumb hippies and liberals being prosecuted by child protective services for malnourishing their children in the name of vegan bullshit
