If it's a single incident or short period of incidents, then probably. We all mess up/act immature sometimes. But if it's a continued behavior that's affecting you, forgive, but also leave, or at least distance yourself. There's not point in maintaining relationships with people who can't be honest, trustworthy, and respectful to you.

Not being able to own up to their wrongdoings says a lot about the person. If they’re too prideful to apologize when they’re at fault or see the error of their ways then this will become a reoccurring issue. Whether that’s ok or not is for you to decide.
