Can you recommend Italian Boy Names that goes well in English?

My friend is expecting a baby boy. Recently he and his partner have been arguing about the child's name. They want the name to be Italian but they cannot find a name that goes well with the English language too. Do you know any names that can work for both languages?

As an Italian, born in Italy and living in Italy, I can say that any Italian name in English is heavily mangled. This is for various reasons, the first being that the sounds of Italian are very different from those of English, especially the vowels which are pronounced in a completely different way. No name can work in both languages as it is pronounced in one language.
Some Italian-American friends (i. e. families made up of an Italian and an American) have generally given the child two names in which one is the translation of the other, for example Hillary Ilaria, Paul Paolo, John Giovanni, while others have given him simply an Italian name since they lived in Italy at the time, such as Niccolò, Tomaso, Riccardo. Generally you English speakers completely mangle the last vowel of the name, for example I have a relative who lives in Arizona whose name is Vittorio, but he used to be called Victor, because Vittorio because the o in Romance languages is difficult for you to pronounce.

Ahhh I assume that they are American "Italians" (aka Americans with Italian names but not real Italians).

Tell them to respect their ancestry & name the boy properly. Or change their names to English and stop calling themselves Italian because it's embarrassing.

Lucca is a boy's name it is Italian origin means- man from Lucania (city) or light and spelt that way Lucca. but Luca spelt that way is Latin means bringer of light and is not Italian. smh
