Put all your energy into yourself, your goals and what makes you happy. Giving that energy to things that don’t serve you or make you unhappy will drain your battery real quick. Prioritise yourself, romanticise the little moments, take opportunities and just liveeee ya best life. I am done with letting things make me miserable because I make my own happiness ✌🏼

Never meet any females / males who go to Partial Hospitalizations Program, these are day programs where they have groups for people with mental illnesses. And there is socialization too.
