Is it bad that I find my husband mom a mother figure?

I call her mom and she is like a mom to me. She is the first woman ever to show me the definition of mother since my bonus mom passed away. My mom never gave a crap about me and thought doing for me was the definition of a mom. She physically abused me also in other forms as well. She don’t like that I call my husband mom my mom. I’m still that little girl who has always been searching for a mom. I have always felt abandoned and alone

Nope. My mother in law to be I see the same way. Long as she says its okay to call her mom then nothing wrong with that. if anything, its good.
