If my son is in the house just playing with toys he's in my line of sight so I can still see him even though I'm not directly watching him every second and I check my phone for a minute while still looking up at him would that make me a bad mother so ce I'm not watching his every move every few seconds

You become a bad mother if your neglect your child, don't discipline your child, don't love your child nor teach what your child ought to know about life.

I'm not I usually have cocomelon or mickey mouse on for my son he's almost 2 and I let him watch his shows on tv and I'm not on my phone I will get on for a minute then I stay off of it

You can't watch your child 24/7 that is why you have them in a childproof/safe environment.
