It is polite to tell a doctor that you once saved my mother?

If it comes from a place of respect and consideration then it is polite. It is weird to bring up to the doctor in my opinion.

That's just my opinion. If I were the doctor, I wouldn't want that interaction. I doubt they became a doctor for praise from a stranger.

I want to ask you something else. Why a doctor ask a patient if he is doctor because he prescribe his symptoms very well. Why? Is he sarcast or is he impressed?

Well I think that was a compliment if the patient did a good job in prescribing

I prescribed him only my symptoms. And he told me you speak very well you are doctor? I told him my mother was doctor and she learned me i speak very well ! His compliment was not genuine? I got him angry and why?
