I understand what you’re saying, I’m just asking why? Like what necessity to reach out to a coworker after ages? I’m assuming it’s a woman you are thinking of, otherwise I doubt you’d have any hesitation reaching out to an old guy friend you were cool with at work.

It's actually 3 people 2 guys & women who I left on good terms The girl went to uni and the guys still work there apparently. I ask because some people overthink when someone like me would reach out to them in this day of age. Reason- haven't been getting a message or call from anyone that knows me for over a month.

Gotcha, so these are all more friends, that makes sense. If it’s only been a month I don’t think that’s been long at all so reaching out is ok. Not sure what will come of it tho, I think a lot of work friends are like school friends, you’re so close because of the convenience and working together, but once you quit or grad those people disappear.
