Do you think men can have female friends?

Someone I talked to said this and it had me thinking. So he said men can’t have female friends because usually one person finds the other attractive whether it’s mutual or not. I said men can have female friends. Like I have one female friend that I find attractive then I have another that I don’t. For me if I like them it goes into how often I see them (see more then I like more), her looks, age (23-27 I like girls older than me) and personality. So what do you think?

yes. i know because i have female friends. i've had platonic female friends for decades

I do think so that one is much closer but much work to build, time, problem , hos one deal with problems, money always short
So it like playing with fire the way you are doing it it that can get 50/50 relationship
