Yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. If we continue to treat women merely as people that men cheat with or have sex with then that will become reality. But if we can normalize the idea that a married man can have coffee with a woman who isn't his wife or be friends with another woman, that's a good thing. Men can learn from women and vice versa. It's a cold bland world where a person is only allowed to have friends of their gender.

Its impossible (in a healthy relationship) for one or both partners to not have same sex friends, because people need friends, and a husband and wife are supposed to not have separate friend groups, and instead be part of the same friend group.

Yes; in fact, it's healthy! You should always encourage your husband to have friends, no matter what gender they are. As long as your husband and his friends respect your relationship, there shouldn't be any problems.
