Do you feel sorry for people that never develop empathy?

How do you feel about people that don't commit crimes but never develop empathy? They never in their lives feel guilt nor remorse. Their brains are just wired differently than the rest of us. Some were really born like that.

I'm not sure I necessarily feel sorry for them, especially women. I prefer a mean, uncaring woman who enjoys seeing me squirm;)
