How do you deal with people who always talk about money (like how much other people make, how much they have, etc)?

I need to go anonymous on my opinion. I have a GAG girlfriend that is begging me to take her to Bora Bora but wants me to pay everything! I like how much she is “into” me but I do have concerns about her being a gold digger. I am worth close to sixty million dollars but don’t want her to know. I don’t like discussing money with anyone, because it changes their behavior for the good or for the bad. Just like/love me for who I am!

I had a friend who CONSTANTLY brought up how much other people made or how someone was rich, etc. She was kind of lower class in her behavior and it made me uncomfortable. I made 150K salary at my jobs out of college and she’d ask me if I got a stimulus check…I don’t think she realized I could make a lot of money in my profession. But anyway made me uncomfortable.
