Time to turn in the friendship bracelet?

I promise there are no bracelets involved. However, I've been thinking about two of my close friendships and I believe it is time to end them. For starters, I have a friend who struggles with consequences and their mental health and I mean outrageous stuff. I have attempted to be a decent human being and tell them to seek out help (doctors... medication... local resources), but they do not have an interest in it for themselves. I understand finances and insurance can play a role at times, but they deliberately said they weren't open to medication if the doctor insisted.

Another friend has settled in a toxic relationship with someone who is not secure with themselves and they aren't loyal to them whatsoever. They often attempt to give me relationship advice and I know we all have our issues in life but I would rather take advice from someone else. They also give somewhat backhanded compliments or grow irritated when I explain that my home life was greatly different due to my culture.

I don't see these relationships growing anymore and I thought I could just gradually pull back from them. But these are the type of friends that check in though and kind of wouldn't take my feedback too well, and that's understandable. How do I do this? Has anyone been in a similar situation? I'm thankful for the good times and I realize that we're all decent people for the most part but I don't think I can do this anymore.

**** I want to be clear that I'm here for the friend with mental health issues when they need to vent. Sadly, they tend to make others worry due to their impulsive (sometimes violent) behavior.****
