So we have a new employee and I found out she’s autistic, I was like oh no. I don’t know how she would react because I heard most autistic people have problems with social cues, scream, violent and does weird things. I’ve dealt with autistic children but not adults. I’m not trying to discriminate autistics but I don’t know how to deal with autistic adults. I’m certainly will NOT treat her like a child and let her get away with her behavior because of her autism. Plus she’s pretty intimidating and very tall. At least 6’1” and heavyset. I don’t really talk to her much. I talk to everyone else but her because quite frankly, I don’t feel comfortable around her. I don’t. She’ll great you and say good morning and asks how we are but it still doesn’t change the fact that how I feel about her. She seems so annoying, thinking everyone will like her because she’s “special”. She’s not as special as she thinks. She doesn’t pay attention and I got frustrated when she asked to repeat something. I was like “Ugh! Never mind.”I don’t want to have a friendship with her. I only talk to her when it’s business, not to be friends with her.

Honestly. I'd rather be friends with her. She's probably much more fun to be around.
In as kind a way as possible you should read this back. It's a lot of unnecessary mixed emotions about an individual you know nothing about.
I don’t know either of you two.
However I rather become friends with her, because you sound like you are a little bit self center. Sorry
Why would you wanna be friends with someone that has poor social cues?
Nobody does. You rather be friends with an autistic person? There’s no law saying I have to be friends with her!
Then don’t, no big deal she will be better off without you as a friend. Karma does happen to the great ones also.
You know nothing about autism lmfao
