At what age did you leave home and why?

I disappeared into the Alaskan bush when I was 5 and was raised by a pack of Alaskan Grey wolves. When I turned 18 I bid fairwell to my surrogate family pack and made my way back to civilization. It took me a while to get my bearings and adjust to society. But I got a job as a go'fer fetching coffee and whatnot in a discount broker's office. I would observe them at work. Something I'd learned with my pack observing humanity from a far. When the office would close I was expected to prefer custodial duties. But while no one was there I executed trades and got to be quite good at it. Eventually I made my way to the NYSE and made an absolute killing in the market. They even made a movie about me. Of course they left out everything about my feral beginnings. But this is how I came to be known as "The wolf of Wall Street".
16. Kicked out by my mom's boyfriend at the time. Fuckin cocksucker, this guy jocked Chevy Chase so hard and looked nothing like him except for being white and in debt. Anyway, I moved in with my sister, attended high school and then worked 4 to close at Hardee's. Just one of many fun tidbits from my youth!
Left home for university at eighteen... Since then bought my own home, got married and now mother to our two adorable and very precious children.
22 but I did live alone for 3 months when my mom when to jail when I was 17 lol Now I'm back with her since I moved out of my bfs 3 years ago.

I'm very close to my family so between 18 and 35 years of age, I've over shorter period of times lived under parents roof. In between I have studied and worked overseas for years at a time. The longest in between was roughly 3 years.
I still haven't, I can't make money in this world, never enough to get an apartment, much less a home.
No, all of the money I make, I spend on alcohol to try to suppress the pain. Maybe when my parents pass, they'll will the home to me, if I don't drink myself to death before then
at 16 i moved in with my grandma bc sucky parents. i consider it leavin home bc i do help with bills and other shit here lol
I left my parents home at 25. Got a job abroad and never went back and do not have the intention to ever go back.
19 - moved country as I had wanted to live there for years already
I never left home and I never would have
But my now ex wife won the house in the false court case she filed and the court system fucked bad enough to give it to her, just another extreme injustice no one cares about I know
well, marriage was a deal. thats life man, hope you overcome and recovery good spirit, find your way
i dont care about the injustice, its not in my judgement, i do care about the love you have in your heart. have faith
@Doktorpete I don't have any love for humans or anything
Never. I inherited the house from my paternal grandfather when I was 4 and he gave my dad a life trust on it. My mom passed when I was 16. My dad passed when I was 19. I still live here.
I was 20 when I moved out on my own. Just wanted to get away.
Thirty-seven, six months after my father's passing.
My father left his horrid home at twelve, got into petty crime, went to reform school twice, left Windsor during the Depression to become a railroad hobo, settled in Ontario and Quebec and became a middleweight boxer and lumberjack (imagine a five-seven,155-lb. black lumberjack), returned to Windsor, married my mother in 1936, worked at Carling Brewry, Ford Of Canada and Essex Packers as a slaughterhouse butcher while laid off Ford from 1956-1963, returned to Ford from 1963-1980, retired and passed away Feb.26,1990 at 76, leaving my mother (who passed away at 86 Oct.9,2003) and sisters to mourn him.( Wendy succumbed to pancreatic cancer at 45 Mar.19,2000;Karen to colon cancer Aug.11,2018 at 61, so I'm literally the last man [or woman] standing in my family.)
