You don't wait until you are mid 30s that typically works well. That being said eat more estrogen rich foods. Avoid chemical foods. Have sex up to 7 days before your ovulation window. As many times as possible. Try to not be boring as hell because the amount of sperm will depend on how good the sex is. And sperm can last around 7 days inside the body. So get billions of them in place beforehand and then during ovulation keep doing it.

I did struggle for over a year to get pregnant with my 3rd. It was rough I went into a deep depression. When I did finally end up pregnant it was because I randomly gained 10 pounds. Looking back now it might have been because of working out to hard and being underweight caused some slight infertility.

That's actually common medical advice for women who are fairly fit. You (and your man) may love your fit body, but you will have difficulty getting pregnant if your body thinks it is under-nourished. You often need a little excess before your body gives the green light.

I have pcos, and I was put on metaformin after visiting the doctor. Most of all I had to change my diet due to pcos. I’m hoping to try again soon after getting my health on track. I definitely would recommend checking with your Obgyn
