What's up with my brother?

This happened a while ago, but I can't get it out of my head.

One day I woke up to my brother lifting my blanket and staring at my butt. (note that I wasn't sleeping with pants on, just a long shirt, but I have my own room, and so does he, he had no business in my bedroom) He dropped the blanket as soon as he realized I was awake and then he apologized. I covered myself with my blanket as much as I could. I never expected him to be in my bedroom, much less be staring at me. This has never happened before, or not that I know of? I don't think this is normal? he is 16 he should know better than to stare at his own sister

I would take away his phone for a week or something if i were you. He might have taken pictures, videos upskirt, from behind etc. You probably don't know if that was his first time staring right? he might have done it in the past for much longer you know?

Ask for his phone check everything. EVERYthing like every app since nowadays the calculator can be an app for secret vids and pics

depends on age , 5 -9 is bad but curiosity, age 10 n up is unforgivable. he should know better.

yeah i agree, i told my parents about this, they just "had a talk" with him, i dont think just a simple conversation was the best approach in this situation, but oh well
