How do I get my older sister to stop looking down on me all the time, just because she’s more successful in her career?

She always tells me I’ll never amount to anything useful buy only having experience in manufacturing and retail. Why does she always stick her nose where it doesn’t belong? It’s not like she’s even looking out for me, she says it in the most depressive rude way possible…

if you can manage I would just limit and contact with her as much as possible. Gotta cut out the nay sayers out aas much as you can

Yeah I don’t talk to her very often, but occasionally she will push her way back into my life whether I like it or not. If I go months without talking to her she will call or text me with the biggest sob story attitude like ever. “Why did you stop texting sis? What did I do? Are you upset? What happened?, etc etc etc”

well yeah i would just simple tell her directly how you don't like how she treats you and such so she gets the message and either acts better or thats it. thats if you care to improve things. if you don't then i'd just leave her out of most things

Why do you even care? She's obviously illogical so don't use her as a source of validation or criticism. Utterly disregard what she says as nonsense and you will feel a lot better.
