Why do some people don't have/want friends?

Some people don't have friends because -

They are socially awkward
They are not so good in social interaction they don't have social skills
They are introvert and like to be alone
They are different from general society, they think differently, act differently,
They are weak, and have nothing to give to others like they are poors, bad in studies, good in nothing so nobody wants to become their friends
They have always been surrounded by such kind of people which are different from him/her never got chance to interact with the person like them.
Etc

They don't want friends because-

Bad and painful experience in past
They don't feel need to have friends.

Because some people prefer to be alone. They don't feel like it's necessary to have friends.
