Why do I feel so embarrassed to go outside or do anything?

I live in a suburban area with neighbors to the front back and sides and for me its always felt embarrassing honestly. When i was younger I used to go outside to help with chores for my parents but when it comes to yard work or doing anything outside now a days I highly just want to avoid it honestly because for one I know I'd just make my self look pathetic and like a fool so the only time I ever go or do anything outside is if it's for work or something. This is basically why I never made any plans for going out or went out anywhere with friends though also. So yeah I maybe pathetic for it but I just don't get how to change it at all.

i never once thought "wow look at how pathetic and such a fool that person is for going outside" what? just listen back to that for a second. people only care about themselves, truly.

go live your life, please. you don't know most of these people you see and will likely not see them again or remember you have seen them. if you don't take care of this now, you can easily spiral into someone who is afraid to leave their house, which is a bad problem.
