Sometimes stereotypes are useful, and sometimes they’re way off base. I think most of us in some ways fit into stereotypes and in other ways we shatter the mold. On this fathers’ day, let’s talk about what makes your dad very “dad”, and what makes him special compared to other dads.
In what way does your dad fit dad stereotypes? In what ways is he very different from those stereotypes?
Typical Dad from that era, he will listen to you, but ultimately he either goes with his own option or will make your option sound like it was one of his to begin with. LOL
He's not the hippy-type but he's okay with a lot of sexuality stuff these days and seems pretty receptive of it. More of an inquiring mind than someone who outright does not agree with it.

For the better part of my life he provided shelter, food, protection and solid advice
mom did the indoor cooking, dad did the outdoor cooking.
Dad was the breadwinner.
Dad could fix cars, plumbing, and minor electrical problems around the house,
