If not even my 2 close friends laughed at my joke, then it's bad isn't it?

I made an ''I want to break up'' joke to my girlfriend and no one laughed, not even my 2 close male friends. This is the 2nd time I've tried to make a joke out of something (the 1st time was back in July 2021; I faked a cough and did an ''I got Covid'' prank) because everyone has been dealing with their own issues and problems lately. I wanted to lighten the mood but wow, not a single smile. No one was laughing.

If no one was laughing at my joke, is bad isn't it? I was just trying to be funny. Even after telling my girlfriend and friends I'm just joking, still no laughs.
