Do your parents get mad if you go on vacation at age 26? I have to sneak out & hide help?

I’m 26 but my mom is very controlling. I’m leaving for vacation to see a guy in 2 wks. It’ll be 12 day trip as it takes few days arrive & come back.
I can’t tell her as she’ll be mad & forbid me to go. If I go out at night or anywhere shellsa y sure r u going? Why u r going out at night?
she’ll be miserable when she finds out I left to fun trip to see a guy, to far state. We met before already though.
I live with her as my family believe in moving out til marriage & eveyone is married Except for me ☹️

I used to live alone at 23-24 but I didn’t need sneak out at that time for any trip.

I don’t want live alone again unless i have a boyfriend offering to live with me & that has never happened yet in my entire life. Can’t find a guy that loves me & want live with me.

I Need hide suitcase in car & pack when she’s not home & leave in secret. & she’ll beat me when I return as punishment.

My parents are dead but, at 26, I seriously doubt they would've cared. Right after my 26th, I ended up staying with my best friend for almost a month because she broke her foot and was scared of the crutches so, I intended to stay with her `til the cast came off. Both of my parents were perfectly fine with this. especially dad, who hated my guts, for SOME reason.
Just before I turned 25, my new girlfriend invited me to stay with her so, I lived with her about 50 miles away for at least 3 months.
And, 11 days before I turned 21, I went to Cedar Point to work and live there for the summer.

I never had a boyfriend ask me to live with him nor ever had a boyfriend at all my whole life 😞 it’s my dream have a guy want me to live with him.

This is first guy that sleep overs with me but I don't know if in future we’ll live togethr and be serious couple I don't know.

But even thought of running away to far state is making me happy. For years I wanted run away to far state have romantic trip with guy and it’s finally coming true.

However as guy will be working we might not be able to sleepover together , but he’s type of guy to want sleep over with me all the time which is nice.

The first time we did it it felt like we were a married couple playing house.

It sucks worst part is everyone got lucky and married already so they moved out. It’s taking way too long for me find my partner and marriage

they can only do what you allow them... so if you let them control you... they are doing it... set your boundaries and start to live... it's hard to meet new people if you spend time only at home with your parents...
