it can mean you are not independent and it would be a very bad thing...

but there could be many other scenarios... so everything depends on your specific situations and the reasons behind the decisions you made...

No, stay until you marry, then have the guy move in or you move in with him. There is no reason to force hardship, its normal to have many generations share and inheret 1 house.

With what housing costs in many areas, no. Most of my friends do not make the $100K or more/year required to qualify for a no cosigner lease.
