My sister is selfish and spoiled. Last time my mom saw my nephew he was 2 years old he is now 5 and a 2 year old kid my mother has never met the my 2 year old nephew.

My sister is a narcissistic and selfish she will not allowe me or my mother to be around the kids. We have no relationship with the kids whatsoever. My sister called my mother and I toxic my sister needs to suck it up whatever my mom did to her in the past and let us see the kids.

I want to take my sister to court my mom has each andbevery right to be with the kids amd my sister is obligated to allowed is to have relationship with the kids. My sister is crazy stupid my mother had been in the hospital in and out not once my sister has send us a pay check my sister is wealthy enough and does not want to give is money. I am living in a complex apartment that's paid by the government while my selfish sister is very wealthy and she never offer to buy me a house or pay for my mother's hospital bills.

My sister has been talking to this crazy 48 year old therapist and this crazy therapist advice my sister that she has no obligation to maintain a relationship with family relatives. Crazy shit y'all.

Morally and legally are 2 very separate issues here:-

Morally, your sister is depriving her kids of their family. She is making decisions for them that may or may not be in their best interest. but for extremely selfish reasons.

Legally however? I am afraid to say there is nothing you can do. No court in the land will grant you access to them except on grounds of diminished responsibility. That is, if you can prove she is mistreating them, then you have a case against her!

Grandparents, aunts, and uncles have no legal right to the children of their siblings or niblings. You could sue, people can sue for anything, but it would be a waste of the court’s time and any attorney that’s not trying to gouge you for money will tell you that. You’re allowed to be unhappy about it, but she’s their mother and unless she dies or gets convicted (remember: convicted. Meaning she is proven guilty of a crime in a court of law, not just arrested for a crime) her legal guardianship over her children remains and she makes all the calls.
