What would you do if your neighbor was someone who was jailed for animal cruelty?

That guy only spent a year in jail for aggravated, animal cruelty charges. I learned he tried to poison a Black Labrador Retriever (his attempt failed, it got rescued and adopted with a loving family) way back in 2018. I felt goosebumps. I don't want him. I don't want to deal with such person. I don't trust such person.

What would you do if that was one of your neighbors, someone that spent jail time for animal cruelty?

I hate both pedos and animal abusers. Both are disgusting beings. Those are the only two people I'll never give any 2nd chance too. I think someone that got to that point isn't redeemable. They are too far gone by then.

I would knock at his door and tell him if anything happens to my dogs, I will personally see to it

@MK1997 Yes, but there have been times when they got out through the fence at the back of the house, into the field, and scraped on the front door to let them back in.

yeah people like him never change. They're a danger already, not redeemable.

I'll never trust such person. I don't speak to that man. I think people like him are too far gone.

Well I would need to know specifically what he's done (I'm not asking). But like for example Michael Vick didn't abuse in animals (from what understand). He just permitted it to happen on his property. You see the distinction. I'm not condoning it. I'm just saying one he's cold and lacks empathy, and the other he could be dangerous.
Either way I'd keep my distance from him. He didn't get that charge by accident.

I also learned he supposedly pleaded guilty to that charge. If he pleaded guilty then it's bad. Yeah I'm keeping my distance from him. If he's not a sociopath then he's crazy, not good.
