The second this "friend" tells me that is the second he/she is an ex friend.

Friends do not behave that way and kicking someone is definitely not a friendly gesture but something violent. I do not tolerate violence and abhor people that are violent. Thus this person would be eliminated from my list of friends ad aeternam with no chance to ever being reinstated.

It simply shows a lack of education and respect for others and I don't need that kind of friends. Those are exactly the ones that will stab you in the back on the first opportunity.

That they want to me get lost and stop talking to them. Or that they're bragging about how I let them treat me however they want. Basically they're saying the friend doesn't have much self respect, or that's how I'm reading it.
