Is my coworker attracted to me if he likes my sassy side?

I have a coworker to which I think likes me but I don't know yet. Everytime we are around each other we banter with each other and pull pranks and tease each other often, but in a playful way. It's like we get each other, you know?

One day when I was working with him, he said that he loves my sassy side because I can keep up with his sassy side and not a lot of people are able to keep up with it... does this imply that he likes me?
