My wife and I  LOVE  our house! We live on acreage and have nearby neighbors, but they can't see our house on the hillside through the trees.  We have privacy and we have security from solicitors and thieves.  We can make as much noise as we want.  We can do whatever we want with our yard.  We painted and decorated the inside the way we want. No more white apartment walls or nearby neighbors. We are responsible for maintenance, but we also built equity.

I own a single family house. While it comes with more maintenance (especially since this house is 128 years old) I definitely enjoy the privacy and personal space it affords my family. On a more minor note, I also like that I can listen to music at a higher volume without bothering anyone.

We live in a condo which works for us. It’s a pretty big high rise but we live on the lower floors which is nicer. Our neighbours are pretty good and the dude upstairs keeps to himself. It would be nice to have a yard but our balcony works too.

I had my own 3 story house 🏠 at one time and while we were at work, it kept getting robbed. So, I like apartment life just fine!

Certainly single family , its just me in my little Villa at the moment..

Prior to that I had a Condo , I do prefer the little Villa house , larger and although attached ( to either side ) much more privacy.

A joint family house normal in Greece my brother got house with his wife and daughters, right next store, my parent got the first floor. Then my girlfriend and son have 2nd floor.

I like apartments. A house would be fine too but you have to be quite rich to afford a house in the city. I've never lived in a house because I was born in the city and my family isn't rich.
