My friend doesn't talk about her relationships but I tell her about my relationship. Shouldn't I tell about my relationship?

That’s really up to you. I’d you feel comfortable venting like that then go ahead, but make sure it’s not with the expectation that if she isn’t talking about her relationship then something is wrong. Not everyone is interested in talking about their relationship.

It’s fine if you want to talk about your relationship and it’s fine if she doesn’t want to tell you about hers. Different people feel differently about how private relationships are/should be.
