Do you trust your sibling with your do or die secrets? Why or why not?

I have talked to my brothers and sisters about divorcing my husband, but I have not talked to my husband yet. My sisters know most things about me. They know all my exes, what we have done, things that my husband does not know. They know what happened when we go on our sisters vacation, things that I kept from my husband.

When we were younger yes, now no, I wouldn't tell him anything I truly wanted to be kept a secret because he's spilled before. He feels like now that he's older, there should not be secrets and such, which is annoying.

When we were kids, we weren't terrible, but we certainly did things that would get us in some real trouble. Years later we both revealed one of these things to our parents, and they were like HOW did you guys hide that, and we were like, well we knew what would happen if we did, LOL

I trust my siblings with my life, yes, but I would never trust them with my deep dark secrets, if that makes sense. Because I simply don't trust them that way and I'll know they'll snitch on me if I were to tell them something personal, and then get the whole family involved, turning it into an entire family debate where my own say is of no importance.

Better to share your secrets with your best friend instead, who'll actually listen to you without turning the story about themselves, and who you KNOW will take your secrets to their grave.

No, not one bit, my siblings know nothing about me. My parents barely know anything about me. I'd say my wife knows me best, but there's a lot she doesn't need to know as well.

I just don't feel a need to share that much, and would prefer to stay private about what I do. If something is a secret, then no one is going to know about it. Like I didn't use my name or anything if someone else knows, or they're dead.

Not that I can think of. But my closest sister is the only one I talk about certain things with, my other older sisters not so much (they just see me as their baby/little sister. So they're better off not knowing that stuff even though we're all adults).

Oh hell know.. . My family knew stuff about me before I even did it.. . Before I even new it. ... But one of the fun parts was is right before Thanksgiving or Christmas or Easter when either my mom or my aunt would have dinner for everybody I would start a rumor about myself just to see how fast it would get to one of those occasions quite funny really

No I don't. We don't really think the same way and I know that the whole town would know my secret the minute I whisper it into my elder siblings ear.
