Which employee would you keep?

if you had to choose which employee 1 would u choose the one that only does 1 out of 3 job responsibilities that everyone likes or employee 2 who does all three and but usually wears headphones keeps to herself but mostly makes mistakes

both each get 6 hours 5 times a day

Employee that does the same work load as everyone else and is liked. A friendly environment is important, and a different employee that does more work but makes more mistakes is a hassle - more work is worthless is you’re having to correct it all the time, it creates more work for you as the boss.
